Lifecycle responsibility
EEE brings engineering, site execution and continuing care into one accountable service structure. The objective is not simply to restore movement after a fault, but to understand condition, control risk, plan expenditure and protect the people who depend on the equipment.
Traffic studies, surveys, specifications, builder drawings, installation planning, testing and commissioning establish a controlled technical baseline.
Preventive visits, diagnostic checks, wear monitoring, cleaning, adjustment and documented reporting keep performance visible to the building manager.
Repairs, component replacement and planned modernisation improve safety, availability, ride quality and appearance without unnecessary full replacement.
Traffic analysis, shaft survey, product configuration, budgeting and the builder's work drawings your contractor needs before concrete is poured.
A solution aligned with the building, the budget and the programme.
Site preparation, delivery, assembly, alignment, commissioning, safety testing and handover, coordinated with the main contractor and site schedule.
One accountable partner from specification to commissioning.
Renewing ageing lifts of any brand: control cabinets, drives, door operators, sensors and cabin refits, planned to keep the building running.
A scoped intervention matched to condition, risk and shutdown constraints.
Scheduled servicing contracts with documented checks, cleaning, adjustment, wear tracking, parts planning and support for required inspections.
Availability protected, equipment life extended.
Local technicians, a regional spare-parts store and entrapment procedures designed for fast, safe passenger release.
No waiting for parts to clear a distant port.
Operator training for building managers and certified technical training for installers and maintenance teams in our competence centre.
Skills that stay with the building and the country.

03
Our teams coordinate delivery, installation or intervention, record quality checks and manage site interfaces.
04
We commission the equipment, provide the technical file, train the operator and begin the agreed service cover.

Training
Equipment is only as reliable as the people who look after it. Our competence centre trains engineers, installers and building maintenance teams on EEE products and on general lift safety practice, with European instructors leading the first intakes.
More than 100 technicians will be trained locally in the first three years, creating a maintenance culture the whole region benefits from.
