Before operation

Traffic studies, surveys, specifications, builder drawings, installation planning, testing and commissioning establish a controlled technical baseline.

During operation

Traffic analysis, shaft survey, product configuration, budgeting and the builder's work drawings your contractor needs before concrete is poured.

We inspect the shaft, equipment, traffic, operating history and safety condition, then define the actual requirement.

Engineer and plan

We prepare the technical solution, programme, responsibilities, access plan and commercial proposal.

Execute and control

Our teams coordinate delivery, installation or intervention, record quality checks and manage site interfaces.

Test and support

We commission the equipment, provide the technical file, train the operator and begin the agreed service cover.

Training

Local capability is part of the service, not an afterthought.

Equipment is only as reliable as the people who look after it. Our competence centre trains engineers, installers and building maintenance teams on EEE products and on general lift safety practice, with European instructors leading the first intakes.

More than 100 technicians will be trained locally in the first three years, creating a maintenance culture the whole region benefits from.
