Eligibility review

We check legal standing, technical capability, references and territory fit within five working days.

Technical assessment

A remote or on-site assessment of your team, tooling, safety practice and service capacity.

Agreement & training

Signature of the partnership agreement, followed by certification training at our Dakar competence centre.

Activation & review

Territory activation, first joint projects, then an annual performance and quality review.

Eligibility requirements

· Registered company with valid trading documents
· Demonstrable experience in lifts, electrical or mechanical works
· Qualified technical staff available for certification training
· Commitment to EEE safety and reporting procedures
· Capacity to hold an agreed minimum stock of spare parts for service activity
